Most ODI Runs for India in 2025 ft. Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma

The Indian Cricket Team had a decent time in the ODIs. They played some quality brand of cricket and after the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 next year, the focus will be on the ODIs as the ICC Cricket World Cup 2027 will be the next ICC event in focus.

The year for India in ODIs started with the England series, which they won and then carried on the same form in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. India won the tournament without losing a single and then they toured Australia in October for three ODIs.

Australia beat India by 2-1, but they made a strong comeback in the South Africa series, where they won by a margin of 2-1. A lot of superstars played a great role in India’s success this year in ODIs and here we take a look at them. 

Most ODI Runs for India in 2025

Virat Kohli ended the ODIs for India as a top run getter. He hammered 651 runs and this year also went past 14000 runs in the format. He is followed by Rohit Sharma, who slammed 650 runs in the format this year.

Indian vice-captain and skipper Shreyas Iyer and Shubman Gill are also in the list with 496 and 490 runs. KL Rahul also features in the list with 367 runs.
