India captain Rohit Sharma opened up about his future in the game of cricket. He reflected on the 17 years of his career, saying that his journey was fantastic and also claimed that he wants to play for a few more years for the nation.

India captain Rohit Sharma has been the backbone of the team for more than the last decade. He has been one of the main reasons behind the dominance of Team India in all three formats and now is even doing great as skipper of the team.

Since the last few years, Rohit Sharma has been at their absolute best. He has been giving his best for the team but is failing to win the World Cup, which has been his goal. In the 2019 and 2023 World Cup, he was sensational with the bat.

On both occasions, Rohit Sharma came so close but couldn’t get his hand on the trophy. In the 2023 World Cup, he captained the team perfectly well and guided them to the final on the back of 10 straight wins. But bagged a disappointing loss in the final against Australia
