Royal Challengers Bengaluru registered a thumping win over Delhi Capitals in IPL 2026 on Monday. The game which took place at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi saw the season’s lowest total being registered. Put into bat, Delhi were bundled out for just 76, in response, Bengaluru chased the target inside seven overs.

Delhi had a terrible start to their innings as Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Josh Hazlewood were all over them with the ball. They picked wickets in a flash as Delhi were reduced to eight for six inside four overs. Abishek Porel (30) was forced to walk out as impact sub and he played a decent hand.

David Miller contributed 19, while others failed big time as Delhi got bundled out for 76. Hazlewood (four for 12) and Bhuvneshwar Kumar (three for five) were the pick of the bowlers.

Virat Kohli, Devdutt Padikkal help RCB chase target with ease

Bengaluru had a solid start with Jacob Bethell (20) exhibiting a high-class batting performance. Devdutt Padikkal (34*) continued his fine form, while Virat Kohli (23*) played a decent hand too. He became the first batter to score 9000 runs in IPL as Bengaluru chased the target inside seven overs.
