Virat Kohli Knocked his 2nd Century of IPL 2023:
In the first Inning, The Best opening pair in this IPL 2023, Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis started the inning well but couldn’t convert into a good partnership as Faf got out in the 8th over by scoring 28 runs, whereas Virat Kolhi was playing with good intent and class and trying made partnership with other players.
He made some small partnership with other players like Michael Braewell, both made 47 runs partnership and then with Anuj Rawat, both made 64 runs partnership. Virat has scored his second IPL Century of this Season and made a record for the Most Centuries by a player in IPL history, which was his seventh century in this match. Anuj Rawat also made 23 runs in 15 balls.
GT’s bowler’s decent performance:
In this match, Gujarat bowlers gave a decent performance as they had in the past few games. Noor Ahmed got two wickets, bowled very well in the middle overs, and got some important ones. Rashid Khan got only one wicket but bowled a very economical over as he gave only 24 runs in four over spell, whereas Yash and Shami took one wicket each.
