The Indian Cricket Team are all set to enter the field for the first time in 2026. They are set to face the New Zealand Cricket Team in the three-match ODI series. The series will begin on January 11 with the first match set to be played in Vadodara.

The IND vs NZ series will see the return of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, who last featured in the South Africa ODIs. The duo also played in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 and were fantastic in the two games they played.

Coming to Rohit Sharma, he slammed 155 in the opening game for Mumbai and then failed to get going in the second game, bagging a duck. However, he will be a key player for India in the IND vs NZ ODI series.
