ICC World Cup 2023 Qualifier Ireland Schedule, Squad, Match List, Venue: ICC has announced the group and schedule for the Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 Qualifiers, which are set to take place in Zimbabwe from June 18, 2023. The tournament will feature ten teams divided into two groups.

Each group’s top two performing teams will move into to the Super Six phase of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifiers. In this phase, teams will compete against opponents from the opposite group, and the points earned after winning the matches against other Super Six teams from their original group will be carried forward.

The two best teams from the Super Six phase will secure the final spot for the main tournament. These two teams will then compete in a qualifier finals match to secure a safe place in the World Cup.

The qualifiers will provide a platform for teams to showcase their skills and compete for the remaining spots in the world cup, adding excitement and intensity to the cricketing action.

West Indies, Zimbabwe, Ireland, USA, Nepal, and Netherlands.

Sri Lanka, Ireland, Scotland, Oman, and UAE.

How can Ireland Qualify for the world cup 2023?

In the world cup qualifier, Ireland is placed in Group B, competing against Sri Lanka, Scotland, Oman, and UAE. To qualify for the world cup 2023, Ireland will need to defeat all the teams in their group, and if they win all matches, then Ireland will be eligible for the Super Six phase.

In Super Six, They will be facing other top teams from Group A. In the Super Six phase matches, if they win and place themselves in the top 2, Ireland will qualify for the World Cup in India.
