Holder, Pooran, Mayers Set to Decline Cricket West Indies Central Contract:?The Cricket West Indies (CWI) announces the latest central contract player list, but surprisingly three-star West Indies Players declined the central contract for the season 2023 -2024. In the press release, Cricket West Indies said that all three players will be available for the T20Is during the 2023-24 season.

This Development could led to a notable shift in the Cricket West Indies Central Contract as T20 League Cricket is emerging at full pace and players are getting lucrative deals to play those leagues. Hence, Players are now giving more importance to their league over to play for their nation or country.

Overall, 14 Men and 15 Women players are present under the Latest Cricket West Indies Central Contract List. There are a few new players added to the latest Central Contract list announced by Cricket West Indies. Alick Athanaze, Gudakesh Motie, Keacy Carty, and Tagenarine Chanderpaul are the new four players, who got added to the Central Contract list.

Nicholas Pooran, Jason Holder and Kyle Mayers are highly demanded players in league cricket, which is why they didn't play the three-match ODI Series against England as they already committed to the Abu Dhabi T10 League. Pooran, Holder and Mayers will be playing the T20I series against England, which is scheduled for December 12, 2023.

Pooran, Holder, and Mayers will play T20I Cricket but no confirmation on ODIs and Test Cricket:

These players will be playing the T20I cricket as clarified by Cricket West Indies but they didn't clarify their presence in the ODI and Test Cricket. Most Probably, These Three players will also be present in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 West Indies squad.

Jason Holder played his last match for West Indies against India in Test and T20I a Home and then, he played ODIs in the ODI World Cup qualifiers.
