Aurelien Tchouameni:
Tchouameni will have to fill the mid-field in the absence of two of the best midfielders in the world. Paul Pogba and N’Golo Kante are both out due to injury. Pogba was a true leader for the France national team. Tchouameni or Camavinga will have to take the responsibilities of Pogba. They do have the potential to be like him and even to do more. Tchouameni has immense ball control. The ball just sticks to his feet. He also has one of the softest first touches which gives him an added advantage.
Predictions:
With the immense squad depth that they have, it will be great to see France make it to the semi-finals. But their lack of chemistry and form can lead them to get knocked out in the round of 16 or quarters.
