England announce their XII for the final Ashes 2025-26 Test, make two HUGE changes

England are 3-1 down in the five-match Ashes 2025-26.

The England Cricket Team have announced their final 12 for the last Test of Ashes 2025-26. The match will be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground in Sydney from January and England would be keen to win and end the series 2-1.

England have made two changes to their XI for the last Test of Ashes 2025-26. They had added Matthew Potts and Shoaib Bashir after injuries hit their camp. Gus Atkinson, Mark Wood and Jofra Archer have been ruled out of the series.

Both Shoaib Bashir nor Matthew Potts has played a single game in Ashes 2025-26. One of them is all set to get an opportunity or even both. The two would be keen to make a massive impact and help England finish the series on a high note.

England would be heading high on confidence into the game, having won the last game in the Ashes 2025-26. The rest of the England side remains the same with Ollie Pope set to warm the bench once again after missing the last game.

England faced three humiliating losses in the first three games of the Ashes 2025-26, which dented their confidence. However, they made a strong comeback in the last game, winning by four wickets to win their first ever game in Australia in 15 years.

Under the leadership of Ben Stokes, they would be keen to win the last game and end the series on a high. A lot would be dependent on them as they step into the field for the final game of the Ashes 2025-26 in Sydney.
