Punjab Kings: The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 is keeping everyone on its toes. The kind of competition that is going on has given a massive headache to all the teams and has forced them to bring their best out. So far there’s no certainty about who will make into the playoffs. The difference between the teams is very less as 5 teams are struck on 10 points and 2 are on 8.

As each day is passing by, things are getting tense for each other in the IPL 2023. Talking about PBKS, they are having on and off season but are very much in contention for the playoffs. They currently have 5 wins and 6 losses from 11 games and have 10 points to their name.
PBKS have lost 6 games and it’s fair to say that they had the opportunity to win most of them as they lost games at crucial junctures. Recently they suffered a loss against Kolkata Knight Riders but they retained the no.7 spot on the points table. They won’t hold that position for a long as other teams are leaving no stone unturned as well.
Punjab Kings’ chances to qualify for the playoffs have been reduced to 15% after their loss against Kolkata Knight Riders. However, they still are in contention but the way wouldn’t be easy for them. They have three games left and they need to win all three games. The win only wouldn’t be enough as they need to win by big margins as well.

PBKS are sharing the same set of points with four other teams. If they manage to win their remaining games they can get tied with other teams at 16 points and then their NRR could come in handy for them. A loss for them now would almost shatter their chances of qualification. Therefore they need to make sure that they win big.
