Asia Cup 2023 Tickets: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has recently announced that the sale of tickets for the Sri Lanka leg of the Asia Cup 2023 will be live from Thursday i.e., 17th August 2023. The PCB confirmed the details through a media release on Wednesday.
The first phase of the Asia Cup 2023 tickets was made available for the public on 17th August 2023 from 12:30 PM IST onwards. The tickets will be available on Pakistan’s official platform pcb.bookme.pk.
“The Pakistan Cricket Board as hosts of the ACC Men’s Asia Cup 2023 is pleased to announce the sale of match tickets for the Sri Lanka leg of the event. Tickets for the first phase of the Sri Lanka leg will go on sale from 12 pm (noon) PST on 17 August,” said PCB in a media release.
It further added that the announcement of the ticket availability will be made through the official social media handles of hosts, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Asian Cricket Council (ACC).
Moreover, the PCB also confirmed the sale of the tickets for the most anticipated India vs Pakistan fixture, which is scheduled to be held on September 2nd.
The sale of India vs Pakistan match tickets will be available during the second phase, which will commence on the same day i.e., August 17 from 7 PM IST.
Notably, the starting price for the Asia Cup 2023 India vs Pakistan match tickets is set at INR 2500.
The Asia Cup 2023 is slated to be held from August 30 to September 17 in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. While four matches will be held in Pakistan, the remaining nine games in the tournament will be staged in Sri Lanka, including India vs Pakistan and the final clash.
Team India will lock horns against Pakistan on September 2nd in Sri Lanka’s Kandy. In all likelihood, both India and Pakistan are expected to meet again after the group stages in Super 4s.
India and Pakistan are paired alongside Nepal in group A, while Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan form the other group. The initial group stage will be followed by Super 4s, which will be held in Sri Lanka.
