"Is there something against this team?" Darren Sammy destroys umpire Adrian Holdstock for his poor decisions during the WI vs AUS 1st test

West Indies Cricket Team head coach Darren Sammy has lashed out at umpire Adrian Holdstock for his poor decisions in the ongoing first test against the Australian Cricket Team. He said that he has something personal with him as he used to make wrong decisions during his playing days as well.

The West Indies and Australia Cricket teams are locking horns with each other in the first game of the three-match series. The game between the two teams is underway at the Bridgetown in Barbados. The match began on 25th July and so far has been two days of magnificent Cricket.

Both West Indies and Australia have been giving their best in the game, and the match is now heading towards an exciting finish. While the competition between bat and ball has been sensational, the first two days saw some poor umpiring as well.

The West Indies were on the receiving end of the few poor decisions that cost them in the game. Umpire Adrian Holdstock came under scrutiny as he gave some controversial decisions that left the home team fuming and were completely in favour of the Australian team.

"I have noticed, especially with this particular umpire, it's something that for me started in England'- Darren Sammy

With the umpire making wrong decisions, West Indies head coach Darren Sammy lashed out at the official. He said that wrong decisions, again and again, raise questions. Speaking to reporters, he explained:

"I have noticed, especially with this particular umpire, it's something that for me started in England. Is there something against this team? But when you see decision after decision, then it raises the question. I know he's here for the series. You don't want to go in a Test match having that doubt."

West Indies, who were asked to field first, bundled out Australia for just 180 runs. However, after that they couldn't post big as they took just a 10-run lead in the first innings. However, in the second innings, they have taken four wickets of Australia under 100.
