Rajasthan Royals took on Punjab Kings at Mullanpur at the evening match. Rajasthan Royals posted a strong total of 205 runs, thanks to a solid start from Jaiswal and Samson. Jaiswal scored 67, while Riyan Parag, coming in at number 3, added a handy 43. Cameos from Hetmyer, Jurel, and Nitish Rana helped them cross the 200-run mark. Punjab tried using slower deliveries, but it wasn’t enough.

In response, Punjab Kings struggled right from the start. Archer’s fiery opening spell set the tone, removing Priyansh on the very first ball and later dismissing Shreyas with a fast bouncer. Wadhera and Maxwell tried to rebuild with a good partnership, but once they fell in back-to-back deliveries, RR never looked back. Punjab could only manage 24 runs in the last five overs. Rajasthan Royals completed a dominant win, ending Punjab’s unbeaten run.
