Virender Sehwag is third in the list of highest strike rates amongst Indians in T20Is. The right-hander explosive batsman only played 19 T20 international matches for India in the period between 2006-2012 and scored a total of 394 runs.

2. Dinesh Karthik (146.13)
The next Batsman who makes it to the list of batters with the highest strike rates in T20Is is Dinesh Karthik. The wicket-keeper batsman who featured in the Indian T20I team for the first time back in 2006 was in and out of the team on a majority of the occasions during the middle stages of his career.
However, the 37-year-old recently made a sensational comeback into the Indian T20 side banking upon a fine IPL season earlier this year. The right-handed batsman has played a total of 31 T20I matches for India so far, scoring a total of 399 runs at an impressive strike rate of 146.13 putting him second on this list.
1. Hardik Pandya (146.29)
The Indian batsman with the highest strike rate in the history of T20I cricket so far is Hardik Pandya. The highly impactful batting all-rounder made his debut for the side back in 2016 and has been a pillar to his team since then. He with his extremely valuable contributions while batting down the order and playing effortless big strokes when needed has been a saviour to his side on a number of occasions.
The 29-year-old has played a total of 54 T20I matches for his side so far and has scored a total of 553 runs with a fantastic strike rate of 146.29, the highest amongst all other Indians.
