Virat Kohli led RCB is at 2nd spot in the points table and they need to win at least one match out of 2 to step up into the business end. Royals managed to win 7 matches out of 12 till now. The last 2 games did not go as planned for Virat Kohli and Co.  The match against CSK they lost by 8 wickets while in the recent one against Mumbai Indians they lost by 6 wickets.

RCB need to buckle up as they have performed above par expectations this season. This edition of IPL has been the dream IPL for them. They have been in a good form till now. Even if they lose both the remaining matches they can still qualify for Playoffs considering their is no huge dip in NRR.

One good sign for Banglore is that southpaw, Devdutt Paddikal is in amazing form. The young talent started his IPL journey with a bang. He has been an outstanding performer for RCB this season. Chirs Morris is bowling nicely and taking wickets on regular occasions. Mohd. Siraj has delivered exceptionally.

Sunrisers Hyderabad(SRH):

Sunrisers Hyderabad IPL journey this year is full of Ups and Downs. They have won 5 games out of 12 and are at 6th spot in the points table. Australian pocket-sized Dynamo led SRH needs to win both their remaining matches to keep their hopes alive for the business end of the tournament. Their playoffs campaign not only depends on their performances but also on other teams’ stats. So, there is a lot of calculations going around in the management.

SRH would hope one of the RCB, DC, or KXIP does not touch 16 points mark in the points table. If this happens SRH would qualify for Playoffs due to their higher NRR than all other teams finishing on 14 points.

The good sign for Hyderabad is their Skipper is back in form. The changes they made in the last matches turned out successful. Wriddhiman Saha, wicket keeper batsman who was brought into the playing 11 in the last game came out roaring. He went on to score a huge 87 of 45 balls. Manish Pandey also is in decent form for SRH.

The last time when both the teams faced each other RCB defeated them by 10 runs.

Head to Head:

Both the teams faced each other 16 times till now in IPL, SRH leads the chart with 8 wins while RCB has 7 wins in the bag.
