IND vs WI: Indian team is currently toiling hard to prepare themselves for the Test series. The Rohit Sharma-led outfit reached the Caribbean 10 days earlier so that they overcome jet lag and get the desired team to prepare for the Tests.

The Test series will be part of the new WTC cycle and the Indian side would want to start on the high, having lost the last two finals of the World Test Championship. To get used to the conditions, they are currently playing a 2-day practice match and quite a few of them had good outings.

The squad of the Indian team was divided into two teams for a 90-over. It is learned that one team included only batters whereas team 2 saw only bowlers. Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal opened the batting and looked good to eyes.

Both Rohit and Jaiswal struck half-centuries and were retired to provide opportunities to others. Virat Kohli didn’t have a memorable outing as he was dismissed for a single-digit score and his dismissal was similar to the one in the WTC Final.

Coming to bowling, Jaydev Unadkat was the pick of the bowlers and bowled well, picking two wickets. Navdeep Saini and Mukesh Kumar delivered impressive bowling spells while R Ashwin along with Mohammed Siraj, and Unadkat bowled long spells effectively.
