Irish batter Harry Tector achieved a massive feat as he became the highest-ranked batter from his country in history. The right-hander’s golden touch in the ODIs awarded him with an entry in the Top 10 player rankings in the 50-over format.
Harry Tector was in the red hot form in Ireland’s recent ODI series against Bangladesh. He was the leading run-getter in the series with 206 runs from the three games. The highlight of the series was his 140-run knock in the second game.
Tector’s incredible performance in the ODI series against Bangladesh saw him entering the Top 10 rankings for men in ODIs. He had a raise of massive 72 ratings that saw him grabbing the 7th spot, which is the highest by an Irish batter in the history of the game.

Ireland skipper Andy Balbirnie was all praise for his teammate Harry Tector. He said that he can be one of the greats of Irish cricket and that his runs will put them in a better place.
