In 2025, Harshit Rana topped India's ODI wicket-takers with 20 wickets in 11 innings. Despite early criticism, he impressed, including a 3-wicket debut. Harshit was trolled a lot by Indian fans when he was included in the team and many critics also questioned his inclusion. But this year, he was one of India's most successful bowlers in ODI cricket.

In second place in this list comes the name of bowler Kuldeep Yadav, who has taken 19 wickets in 11 innings at an average of 29. During this time, his economy was 5.28. At number three in the list is all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who has taken 12 wickets in 10 innings.

Fast bowler Mohammed Shami, who is currently out of the Indian team, is fourth in this list. Shami was dropped from the team despite a good performance in the Champions Trophy. Shami took a total of 11 wickets in 7 innings at an average of 30.63. Axar Patel's name comes at number five. Axar took 11 wickets in 11 innings. Axar bowled the most economical. His economy was 4.47, which is the lowest on this list.
