Two-Match Ban for Pakistan's Haris Rauf, Fine for captain Suryakumar Yadav & Jasprit Bumrah as ICC Sanctions Asia Cup Misconduct

In this event, India's youthful brigade, led by skipper Suryakumar Yadav, defeated bitter rivals Pakistan three times. Significant action against seamer Haris Rauf of Pakistan
Indian batsman and captain Suryakumar Yadav has been fined thirty percent of his match fee and given two demerit points, while Pakistani spinner Haris Rauf has been suspended for two games. The ICC's move comes after an examination into occurrences that happened during India and Pakistan's Asia Cup matches. The events pertaining to these matches played on September 14, 21, and 28 were heard by the ICC's Elite Panel of Match Referees.
According to the inquiry, Suryakumar violated Article 2.21 of the ICC Code of Conduct, which addresses behavior that damages cricket's reputation. Rauf has also been penalized for breaking these regulations. This ruling encourages players and teams to uphold discipline.
Pakistan's wicket-keeper batsman, Sahibzada Farhan, was also found guilty of identical behavior and issued a warning. After hitting a half-century against India in the Super Four match in Dubai, he implemented a rifle gesture celebration. He received a demerit point and an official warning. Arshdeep Singh of India, meanwhile, received no punishment for a gesture he made during his celebration during the Super Four match.
Although a video of the event went viral on social media, an inquiry revealed that he had not broken any ICC rules. Similar gestures were performed by Jasprit Bumrah and Rauf, however Bumrah acknowledged his error and took a demerit point penalty. These rulings make it abundantly evident that the ICC is keeping a careful eye on player conduct and enforcing stringent rules to preserve the integrity of the sport.
