<p>The ICC typically releases the schedules for the World Cup at least a year in advance, however, this time it has also been expecting for the BCCI to receive the required approvals from the Indian government. This involves two major concerns: obtaining a tax exemption for the event and securing visa permission for the Pakistani team, which hasn't competed in India since early 2013 outside of ICC matches.</p>
