RO”HITMAN” Sharma continues to top the charts even after 8 years of scoring a sensational 264 against Sri Lanka at the Eden Gardens on 13th November 2014. In his scintillating innings, Rohit hit 42 boundaries, 9 of which were maximum. This took Sri Lanka out of the game completely as India posted 404/5 in their allotted 50 overs. First ever double centurion ‘Sachin Tendulkar’ (BCCI)

24th February 2010, a very special date of ODI cricket. For almost 4 decades, not a single double-century was scored in ODI cricket. Pakistan’s Saeed Anwar and Zimbabwe’s Charles Coventry came close to this record by scoring 194 runs. And it was India’s batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar who paved the way for seven more double centuries in ODIs in the last decade.

“Master Blaster” Sachin played a very miraculous and brilliant inning of 200* against a world-class South African attack in Gwalior and the “first such innings” included 25 fours as India scored 401/3. After this, the hosts won the match by a huge margin of 153 runs.
