Mahendra Singh Dhoni, former Indian skipper and one of the finest cricket captains, is fourth on the list. He is a smart and clever wicketkeeper who always backed his instincts which eventually got him all the success.

He is the only captain in the plant to lift all three ICC trophies. He won the inaugural ICC T20 World Cup 2007, ICC ODI World Cup 2011 and the ICC Champions Trophy 2013.

His sharp cricketing brain fetched good results for India which has made him India’s most successful captain.

Apart from his captaincy records, MS was also a great batsman with over 10,000 runs in ODI cricket. He was often termed as a modern-day finisher.

His ODI career started back in 2004 and he remained attached to it until 2019. On 15 August 2015, Independence Day of India, MS Dhoni took his time to say goodbye to international cricket through a social media video that played a famous Indian song, “Mai Pal do Pal Ka Sathi Hoon.”

During his 15 years of career, Dhoni featured in 350 games in which he picked up 321 catches.
