Vivo IPL 2021: Suresh Raina gives hint on his participation in Phase 2 of Vivo IPL 2021 in the UAE.

Vivo IPL 2021: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) stalwart, Suresh Raina left a hint on his participation in the Vivo IPL 2021 Phase 2 which will be held in the UAE. The BCCI on 29th May confirmed the resumption of the elite tournament in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

As per the sources, the action will begin from 18 September onwards while the final of IPL season fourteen will be held on 10th October. As many as 31 games will be rescheduled in the window of almost one month in the UAE. 

The three-time champions, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) had a horrible outing last time they stepped into UAE. MS Dhoni-led CSK for the first time failed to qualify for playoffs and were placed 6th in the points table

Suresh Raina to travel to the UAE with his franchise CSK:

Meanwhile, the 34-years old Suresh Raina gave a clear hint on his travel to UAE with his team CSK this time. In the IPL 2020, Raina was one of the players who had backed out from the tournament after a couple of covid cases emerged in CSK’s camp.

However, This time, the cricketer is pumped to travel to the UAE with his franchise CSK for the remainder of the Vivo IPL 2021. He posted a photo on his social media handles captioned, “See you soon Dubai @msdhoni @IPL @ChennaiIPL.”

CSK had a brilliant run in the first half of the IPL 2021 which was held in India. MS Dhoni and Co. managed to win five out of seven games and are placed second in the points table.
